iStarJewelry.com provides various shipping methods to accommodate the delivery times of our customers. Ranging from regular shipping methods to express shipping methods, the available shipping options guarantee our customers a fast and secure delivery process they are sure to be pleased with.

Domestic Shipping Methods:

iStarJewelry.com delivers right to your front door! There are two types of shipping methods:
USPS Domestic Shipping / UPS Domestic Shipping
UPS shipping options include UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day, and UPS Ground. Depending on where you are located, the shipping and delivery time may take from as little as 1 day to at most 6 days. For all delivery options, if in any case items are lost during the delivery process, all complaints and inquiries should be handled and cleared directly with the postal service perssonel. Once the items are shipped and tracking number is given, all responsibility is held by the postal services.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00am will begin processing the next day and will be shipped out within 48 to 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground delivery. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS.

International USPS Shipping Methods:

iStarJewelry.com provides fast and secure deliveries to everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow our customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate for their needs.

The USPS International Express Shipping takes 5-7 business days to get delivered anywhere around the world at a dynamic rate depending on total weight.

We recommend the Express shipping option when shipping overseas. The express shipping option provides a tracking number that our customers may use to locate their package during the delivery process. However, the international regular shipping option does not provide a tracking number. For a more secure international delivery process, choose the Express shipping and track your package along every step of the way.

iStarJewelry does not hold responsibility for lost items during the delivery process. If items are lost during the delivery process, all complaints and inquiries should be handled and cleared directly with the postal service perssonel. Once the items are shipped and tracking number is given, all responsibility is held by the postal service.

Items that are sent internationally may take longer than regular shipments because the items must go through the foreign customs. Depending on the country, the items may be held at customs longer than usual, so please give it some time to get to you. Currently, Canada, Australia and Italy have the strictest customs compared to that of other countries and it may take up to 2 months if items are shipped to one of these countries.
